Mit unserem ReUp Format wollen wir verloren gegangenen Videos wieder einen Platz auf YouTube geben. Die Parts von Vienna Calling waren erst der Anfang. Wir haben noch einige Videos aus der Wiener Scooter Szene in unserem Archiv. ReUp Videos werden also weiterhin jeden Donnerstag folgen.


Für alle, die dieses legendäre Video nicht kennen, gibt es hier eine kleine Geschichtsstunde: Vienna Calling wurde im Dezember 2012 veröffentlicht. Es war das erste europäische Full-Length-Video und wahrscheinlich das erste indipendent Full-Length-Video weltweit. Featuring Max Kernmayer, David Tiefenthaler, Florian Toegel, Jan Larnajo und Tobias Mayer. Dies war die goldene Scooter Generation in Österreich. Tricks, Filming und Editing waren auf höchstem Niveau und der Zeit voraus. Sie haben Hunderte von Kindern inspiriert. Sie haben wahrscheinlich einige eurer Lieblingsfahrer inspiriert. Vienna Calling ist bis heute eines der einflussreichsten Scooter-Videos, also wenn ihr es noch nicht gesehen habt, solltet ihr es besser nachholen.

 

Auf unserem YouTube-Kanal findet ihr jetzt all 4 Parts. Außerdem haben wir ein Interview mit dem OG Jan Larnjo gemacht und dabei über alte Zeiten und den Beginn der Szene in Wien gesprochen.

The goal of ReUp is to creat a place for Lost Videos on YouTube. The Parts from Vienna Calling were just the start. We have plenty of videos from the Vienna-Scootercommunity in our archiv. One will be uploaded every Thursday.


Vienna Calling was published December 2012. It was the first European Full-Length-Video and probably the first independent Full-Length-Video worldwide. Featuring full parts of David Tiefenthaler, Florian Toegel, Jan Larnajo, Tobias Mayer and Max. This was the Golden Generation of Scootering in Austria. Tricks, Filming and Editing were on the highest level and ahead of time. They inspired hundreds of kids. They probably inspired some of your favorit riders. Vienna Calling is to this day one of the most influential Scooter Videos. So better go watch it and catch up with some Scooter History.

Aber mit diesem Edit hat sich sein Name definitiv in mein Gehirn eingebrannt. Abwechslungsreiche Tricks, fette Gaps, schöne Spots und jede Menge Banger. Nachdem vor ca. einem halben Jahr sein "Welcome to Affinity" Video veröffentlicht wurde, ist jetzt sein "Signature Bar Promo" erschienen. Das Video ist angefangen von der Musik bis zum Ender einfach nur Gnarly! Fette Gaps, Handrails und auch einige technische Tricks . Es ist wirklich cool, dass in Edits immer öfters Roof-Spots zu sehen sind. Go Big or go Home!
